How do I pay for my order?
When you have chosen all your items and are ready to pay, click on the CART icon in the top right hand corner of your screen. This takes you to your shopping basket containing all your purchases for you to review, click on CHECKOUT, from here you will follow a simple process to complete your transaction. You will receive email confirmation of your order details and receipt of payment once you have completed the transaction.
Payment can be made by either PayPal or credit/debit card.

What happens if I need to return an item?
All UK and Europe customers have 14 days to return an unsuitable item from date of despatch. Customers from outside the UK and Europe have 28 days from despatch.
Please contact us to inform us why you wish to return the item. Then return it to us in its original packaging with all labels and tags intact, unfortunately returns cannot be accepted if these have been removed.
Once we receive the item providing it is in the condition we sent it we will refund the cost of the item, minus all postage costs, back to your original method of payment.
If an item is faulty or not as described, please send us a photo and description before you return it to us. In these circumstances we will refund your postage costs.
Please note we do not offer refunds on jewellery, swimwear or underwear.

Is the colour shown on the website accurate?
Whilst we try to accurately represent the clothing on our photos, the exact colour and texture may not be properly conveyed. If you have any questions please contact us.

Can we ship internationally?
Yes, we are always happy to offer international shipping. Please contact us for relevant pricing.

Are items in pristine condition?
The majority of our items are preloved, however they are in very good condition. They have all been carefully inspected for flaws, and although not brand new they come very close.
